An 11-step application captures every credential a developer needs: license, insurance, COI, W9, bonding, certifications, projects, references.
Documents are checked against state license databases, insurer records, and OFAC. Suspicious patterns are escalated to our fraud team.
Our team contacts references by phone and email to confirm scope, contract value, and quality of work.
Once cleared, four independent scores are calculated: Trust, Work History, Procurement Readiness, and Health.
A unique Verification ID and a QR-verifiable Qualification Packet are issued. Profile is published to the network.
License & insurance expirations are tracked. Health Score updates automatically. Notifications sent at 90 / 60 / 30 days.
